This fee will appear on your monthly statement and not on the motor vehicle registration receipt*. E-Check Transactions Car Tag and Boat Renewals $0.95 Flat Fee $30.00 Returned Check Charge * The two dollar ($2) mail fee per metal plate and/or registration decal is a separate charge and will appear on the motor vehicle registration receipt. Express Lane allows you to renew and pay for up to ten (10) registration renewals with a single credit card transaction.
